Dural is a 25-year-old M.B.A. graduate with a diverse background in political, business, and scientific research. He is driven to continue making impactful contributions for Texans through business and policy initiatives. As a partner at Blue Group International, he plays a crucial role alongside other leaders in proposing, securing, and developing infrastructure projects, including railroads and recycling facilities, through consortiums and public-private partnerships.

Born to two Turkish immigrants, Dural was raised in a single bedroom apartment in inner city Chicago. His parents worked tirelessly to become two physicians in private practice in The Woodlands, Texas, and also took him to Christian churches, primarily the Lakewood Church with Pastor Joel Osteen, growing up. Dural has attended numerous synagogues and has been recognized since his childhood in the Houston area for his work in advancing dialogue between different religions. Kevin holds an M.B.A. from Texas Tech University and a B.S.A. in Biology with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. There, he was a member of the historically Jewish fraternity, Sigma Alpha Mu, where he learned from his brothers what it means to humbly keep the best interests of the Jewish community in his heart at all times.

Kevin has had various roles managing public engagement campaigns, having worked with stakeholder relations and executing numerous social media communication strategies. Kevin's policy experience is robust, and he has worked at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. In journalism, Dural was a newswriter for The Daily Texan. His leadership abilities were showcased as a managing editor at Cavs Nation, where he drove reader growth and managed editorial activities.

Dural is a John Cooper School graduate.
